What is
“Secure Message ” and how do I use it? |

“Secure Message” is a
utility within our system that allows you to securely
communicate PHI via our virtual private network (VPN)
Using SafetySend properly allows you to meet HIPAA and
GLB electronic compliance regulations.. The
internal "audit tracking" of the sending and verify
that the intended recipient has received and viewed the
message, document or file. Your recipient will receive a
Notice of Secure Message and a Temporary Password – they
enter their email address and then choose a “Permanent
Password” they will use each time you send a “Secure
Message”. Any electronic message, file, document, image,
video or audio. SafetySend technology scales from a
simple email to beyond an MRI.
The SafetySend VPN
allows a recipient to REPLY and even ATTACH FILES to
a "Secure Message" allowing you to securely communicate with
anyone with an email address. |

change my password? |

Click
OPTIONS the tabs at the top of your screen.
Enter your current password in OLD PASSWORD.
Then enter your new password and click SAVE. That
is it. Congratulations. |

are a business or enterprise class customer you are
provided a remote web administration utility to manage
users. This utility will allow you to add, delete,
change password and many other functions required assist

How does the free trial offer work? |

The free trial offer is for evaluation purposes. A
client can elect to continue by enrolling with a paid
subscription or let it lapse. Many times the evaluation
is for the establishment of a "private label" VPN. |

Unless you choose a specific
password
before you send the message, a temporary password will
be included in the secure message notification. The
recipient will need this temporary password in order to
change it to one of their choice. Click the image to the
